Cancellation Policy
If you do need to change your appointment, please advise us as early as possible. For any rescheduled bookings, all consultation fees must be redeemed within 6 months of initial booking.
All Deposits are non-refundable.
Appointment cancellations have to be made at least 2 working days in advance. Our appointment slots are limited and last-minute cancellations result in financial loss to us.
Cancellations with more than 2 working days’ notice will result in us carrying the deposit forward to a mutually beneficial time within 6 months of the initial payment date.
Cancellations with more than 1 working day’s notice and we MAY carry your deposit forward at our discretion.
Cancellations with less than 1 full working day’s working notice or non attendance, you will not receive a refund and you will not be able to use the payment towards a new appointment.
The only exception to our cancellation policy is emergency hospitalisation, once.
